I am ten years in, $65 million in sales complete, two kids, a lot of set backs and one big belief: you get to do this your way, and you don’t have to burn out to do well.

What I believe (and what we'll build on)

I don’t believe in more for the sake of more. I don’t believe there’s one right way to run a business, or one magic number that makes you a success. The whole world tries to get you to run on hustle harder, do more, be more, beat last year. It’s exhausting, and honestly, I’ve learned how to do less, while gaining more.

Here’s what I believe instead. You can show up exactly as you are and still get clients. Relationships beat cold tactics every single time. Simple systems will take you further than a packed calendar ever will. And there is an enough, a point where the business gives you the life you want, not just a longer to-do list. That’s what I help people build toward, together.

THE BACKSTORY

I did not start here. Not even close.

Ten years ago I walked into real estate and got told to fit a mould. Wear the suit, look the part, do it the way it’s always been done. I showed up in my jeans being me, and got criticised for it. Then life did the thing life does. I got laid off, with two little kids at home and two thousand dollars a month going out the door in daycare. Scary doesn’t really cover it.

So I did something that still makes me a little nervous to admit. I said my goal out loud, on Instagram, for everyone to see. Not because I felt brave, but because I needed to hold myself to it. And then I got to work. My way.

I leaned on the only thing that ever felt real to me. Relationships. I threw community events. I showed up as me, jeans and all. And it worked. Those events have driven millions in sales, I’ve helped over a hundred families find home, and I built a business I actually love being in.

It wasn’t all tidy. I burned out when my kids were small. I heard them say I was never home, and that cracked something wide open. It made me slow down and ask what I actually wanted this whole thing to give me. That answer became my work, and now it’s what I help other women find too. Their version. Their enough.
